Also with renovation, reconstruction or building a new home, we can take care of everything. We oversee the entire process and remain constantly in contact with builders, contractors, architects, etc. This is to ensure that everything goes according to plan and you do not get any nasty surprises.
We work very transparent and clear. We will give a clear estimate of the expected costs in advance for this construction supervision, so that no surprises arise afterwards. This cost estimate is based on a package with you to discuss where you can choose between the frequency of visits to the site:
-Minimal (1x per week).
-Medium (3x per week).
-Optimal (5x per week, daily).
Every time the reported progress will be sent to you after visiting the site. We do this by phone and mail.
In addition, we also take photos and videos on the spot, giving you a clear picture of the situation and you will stay well informed on the progress and further developments.
